Account access
How I handle your Amazon account
What access I need, what I can change and what happens to your account and files when the work ends.
Before you hire me
The free introductory call needs no reports or account access. The $249 audit uses reports you download and send to me; it also needs no account access.
Access through Amazon user permissions
For a Sprint or ongoing management, you invite me through Amazon’s user permissions in Seller Central and the Amazon Ads console, with only the permissions the agreed work needs. I never ask for or use your password.
Changes stay within the agreed scope
The scope may include campaigns, bids, budgets, keywords, negatives and listing edits. Pricing and inventory settings are excluded. Every budget increase needs your approval.
You work directly with me
I’m Radu Bobirnac, and I do the work. Only I have access to your account; assistants and contractors do not.
Messages and calls
I answer messages within one business day. Calls are arranged on request. See how working together starts.
Your reports and working files
I delete client reports and working files within 90 days after the engagement ends, except records required for invoicing and tax. Form submissions are kept for up to two years after our last contact, unless you ask me to delete them sooner. See the privacy policy.
When management ends
Ongoing management is month to month, with 30 days’ notice by email. I finish the agreed notice period and hand over a summary of your account structure and the rules I’ve been using.
The campaigns and settings I build stay in your account. I don’t move campaigns out of it or share passwords. You remove my access when the work ends. Profit-share exit terms are on the pricing page.

Tell me what you want your ads to do.
In a free 30-minute call, we’ll discuss your business, your current advertising and whether an audit, a focused project or ongoing management would help.
